Option 2: Refer A Potential Investment House

We regularly drive all over Austin as we do real estate sales, and we always keep our eyes out for houses that look like they might want to sell.  However, there is no way we can possibly drive down every street in Austin.

But that’s where you come in!

If you know of a house that could be a good candidate for an investor to buy, refer it to us.  We will contact the home owner directly by phone or mail to see if they are interested in selling.

If we end up closing a deal with them, we will pay you up to $1000 Cash!

 

What type of house makes a good candidate for an investor?

A house that is vacant, or in very poor condition is a very good opportunity for an investor.

Often these home owners will be interested in selling their house, but they don’t have the time or money to fix it.

Sometimes they have already left the house and want to sell it, but don’t have time to work with a Realtor.

So, we offer to buy it directly, which will save them time and money.

Common Payouts

As with any business, the purpose of buying and selling houses is to generate profit.  We take a large risk by buying properties and then we invest a large amount of money to fix them up.  The goal is to then resale them at a higher value and make a fair profit.

Therefore, due to our risk and our investment, our referral fees are dependent the amount of profit we are able to make on a home purchase, fix and resale.

We will pay you 10% of our investor’s profits, up to $1,000!

This means that if our investor makes $5,000 profit on a house fix and resale, then you get $500 cash.  If our investor makes $10,000 or more, you earn $1,000!

Our investors take 100% of the risk and do 100% of the work.  They buy the property, renovate it, list it and resell it.  Once it sells, they pay you 10% of the profits just for referring it to them!

 

How do I get paid?

This is a question we encounter all the time.

Every time we tell someone that we pay up to $1000 for referrals, the first thing they want to know is “How do I know you will pay me?”

Our response is always the same: “If we didn’t pay you, would you ever refer another house to us again?”

Real Estate Investing is a long term business for us.  If we refused to pay anyone that referred a deal to us that we closed, we would ruin our reputation.  They would tell all of their friends how they were cheated out of $1000. Their friends would never work with us, and eventually no one would give us any referrals.

We want the opposite.  We want every home you refer to us to turn into a sale, and we want to pay you up to $1000 for every referral.  This way, we build a positive reputation. We want you tell all of your friends about how you made $1000 for doing nothing more than typing a few home addresses into our website.  Eventually, even your friends would be sending us referrals!
